With a passion for innovation in education, Odette served as Managing Director of Varsity College for 20 years, growing it into one of the country’s largest and most recognisable private tertiary education institutions. She simultaneously served as a Divisional Director of the ADvTECH Tertiary Education Division and held a position on their Executive Committee for over a decade.

Odette is NewBridge’s Head of Institute, and she focuses on building educational partnerships that benefit both the educators and the students in this forward-thinking institution.
