Thuli Dlungwana is a member of the Executive Team of Crestcare. She is a qualified professional Nurse with specialised experience in Oncology, she worked as a Chief professional nurse in both the public sector and the private sector. Thuli has over 25 years’ experience in the Health Sector and 15 Years experience in Financial Management. In Crestcare Thuli heads the Finance Department that is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and reporting on a company's financial performance. She is also responsible for the group's risk management. Her responsibilities also include the critical Revenue Cycle Management and an oversight of Pharmacy Department.

Thuli has functioned as CFO in other Hospitals Groups in South Africa where is she served on the Board as Executive Director, in this role she gained valuable experience in the development and execution of the Group Strategy. She was integral member of a team that successfully launched Busamed Group, a group that has matured to be award winning in South Africa

Thuli is a Chartered Account SA who also holds a B Cur degree from the Medical University of South Africa
