Tomi was part of the founding team of Summit in 2016. Since then, he has since been the Head of Investments with responsibility for investment strategy and execution. He is also responsible for organizational strategy, Execution, Value Add, Client Relations, Fundraising, and the management of Talent internally within the Firm's Employee Value Proposition.

Prior to Summit in 2016, Tomi was part of senior leadership at Investec’s Investment Banking division where he led various transactions across Africa and Central and Eastern Europe. During this period, Tomi was responsible over R25 billion of direct and indirect real estate investment transactions, including the listing of 3 property companies on the JSE.
