Tshidi embarked on her journey in the hospitality industry in 2005, honing her skills over a decade. In 2017, she became one of Summit's pioneering employees, initially serving as a cleaner. Recognising her remarkable potential, Summit swiftly promoted her to receptionist within just three months. Over time, her responsibilities expanded, culminating in her current position as Summit’s Office Manager. Tshidi seamlessly manages travel logistics, oversees office expenses, co-ordinates events, supervises the reception, and ensures the upkeep of our office environment, from cleanliness to plant maintenance. As the cornerstone of our office, she fosters a welcoming ambience, making both colleagues and guests feel right at home.
