With more than 20 years’ experience, Altair’s practice includes mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and franchising. She has represented pharmaceutical companies, including innovators, generics, and medical device manufacturers, as well as businesses in the veterinary and complementary medicine sectors. She also advises distributors, wholesalers, and industry bodies such as medical schemes and hospitals.
