Nthabiseng is a dynamic and driven real estate investment professional with experience in investment banking, property finance, and asset management.

Nthabiseng has worked as an asset manager at a leading student accommodation provider in South Africa where she managed a portfolio of more than 9,000 beds in 10 buildings across 3 provinces in South Africa.
She has a proven track record in structuring complex debt and equity transactions, conducting rigorous market and financial analysis as well as delivering actionable insights to investment committees. Skilled in end-to-end asset lifecycle management, from acquisition and development feasibility studies to financial forecasting and performance optimization.

Nthabiseng was an investment banker at Nedbank Property Finance where her team structured real estate transactions and managed client relationships for large unlisted property companies.

Nthabiseng has strong leadership experience in industry transformation initiatives, which has also resulted in the creation of a strong network in the finance, investment and property industry. She has actively served in SAIBPP since 2018 where participated in various arms of the organization including serving on the board of the organization and being the chairperson of the SAIBPP Young Professionals forum. Here, she lead a team that tackled transformation in the property space where young people are concerned.
She holds a BSc in Property Studies from The University of the Witwatersrand and is currently pursuing her Masters in Management, Finance and Investments at the WITS Business School.
