A Message from the Summit Team
Meet our Speakers
Meet our Panelists
We are delighted to welcome you to the 2025 Summit Social Infrastructure Investor Day and General Meeting — a two-day gathering to reflect on the activities of the Summit Social Infrastructure Fund over the past year, and invite input from various stakeholders towards the objectives of the Fund.
The journey will begin in Soweto, where we will visit the Fund’s latest investment, a purpose-built education facility that is Spark Schools (Spark Schools Soweto). We look forward to walking you through the site, sharing the stories behind the investment, and introducing you to the operating partners, who are shaping the future of children in the largest township in South Africa.
Over the past year, we have continued to grow — not only in the scale of the Fund’s portfolio, but in the strength of our relationships and the depth of our commitment to the communities we serve. The Fund has quietly and steadily positioned itself as a vehicle for superior commercial returns and long-term impact, with investments that aim to uplift, include, and transform.
Day two will kick off with a presentation of the Fund’s progress against its target objectives, reviewing the performance of the investment portfolio, and reflecting on the path ahead. In addition, various industry stakeholders will provide their unique insights in a Fireside Chat on the impact of the National Health Insurance (NHI) plan on investments in private healthcare across peri-urban, rural, and township areas - the opportunities and risks that lie ahead in this evolving landscape.
We hope these two days offer a chance to reflect, reconnect, gain deeper insight into the work we are doing together, and renew our shared belief in the power of purpose-built social infrastructure to change lives.
Warmest regards,
